JOIN WESTS TIGERS PLAYERS FOR DINNER Wests Tigers players invites members and supporters to join them for a night of fun at Balmain Leagues Club on Friday, May 9.

Part of the proceeds from the annual players dinner will go towards Motor Neurone Disease Foundation – a disease that took the lives of John Morris’ dad and Bryce Gibbs’ uncle.

“There will be plenty of entertainment, auctions and raffles,’’ said Wests Tigers prop Todd Payten (pictured).

“The Centenary Test match will be played that night and will be shown on the big screen during dinner. We certainly hope some of our players will be playing in the match.

“Everyone had a great night at the players dinner last year and it sold out very quickly.

“I encourage supporters to purchase their tickets as soon as possible.’’

Tickets cost $80 per head or $750 per table of 10 and includes a two course meal, Fosters beer, wine and soft drink.

Dress is smart casual and the night starts at 6.30pm for 7pm.

To make a booking, please contact Taylor at Wests Tigers on (022) 8741 3300.

Anyone going?

Jeez, I wish they'd give us a bit more notice about this event.

I've already planned a trip down to Sydney to watch the Tigers play, if I had've known this was on, I would've come down for it.

Probably not, but Royce Simmons will be. His entire routine is him trying to say "She sells sea shells down by the sea shore" without drowning anyone.

Good Cause - Yes.

But, The Underbelly DVD get's released that day, and I plan on getting smashed and watching that. The test excites me about as much as masturbating with a chese grater does.

Will Robbie Farah be doing stand-up comedy again?

A little birdie tells me that a comedian was arranged last night by Morris, he is leaving the humour to someone else.. for whoever goes... there will be a few bad taste jokes at Souffs expense... hehehehehe that alone is worth the ticket.

Will Johnny be doing party tricks like passing the ball to no one or throwing things at peoples' heads ?

I guess it's your chance to tell him how you really feel. I'll even buy you your ticket f you're man enough. Especially at an event like that.

Or are you all talk from behind your little computer?
