I know it's been mentioned 1000 times before but I am going to make it 1001, just want to say how pumped I am for this bloke to be wearing the Red V next year. Big, strong tough bastard who does not take a backward step, really is the unsung hero in the Melbourne squad with so many awesome players it's hard to get noticed but this guy does his job week in and week out. I recon this guy is the next John Fifita for mine.

Very good player. His toughness has been mentioned, but he also has some real football smarts about him that interest me - an offload, ability to pass before the line, and a good support player.

I believe our pack will come to haunt the majority of teams next year.

Still a little worried about the depth of our backs though. Anyone else feel this way, or is it just me getting concerned about nothing.

I feel exactly the same way, which is why I believe/hope Bennett has a big singing up his sleeve for 2010. We seem very fullback heavy, but light on in the centres and halves.
