We put money into their clubs, therefore we are entitled to get their juniors. The Hills isn't part of Parramatta either, but you still get their juniors.

We have lost Bell and Menzies (both on decent money), Bryant and Luke Williamson. That frees up some cash. Inevitably we will lose some players in years to come. We were rubbish in 03 and 04, and gradually built up from there, just like most clubs do under the salary cap.

Absolutely fine by me. I have nothing but respect for people who stick with a club, so long as you're not band wagoning I couldn't care less who you support. Just don't fire unsubstantiated rubbish at my club.

These Parramatta dudes take Mt Pritchard and Cabramatta as their local junior areas. Go figure. The majority don't even go for the Eels. I have not seen or heard of any evidence of the Parra Leagues club giving money to Mounties to help develop the juniors from that area, but you funnily claim them as your very own. These guys are playing to get into the best team they can. They really , really don't care if it is not Parra.

Growing up and playing in an area doesn't mean that you have play with the NRL club in that area, likewise clubs shouldn't take as granted that these players are theirs. It is a nursery area for Rugby League not for Parra Eels. If Parra wants to winge and take their bat and ball, I'm sure plenty of teams will take over those areas.

You're not in here supporting your club though. You and a few other parramatta fans are making accusations and generally trying to bring down the Manly club. It reeks of sour grapes. Manly are a proud club who have the right people in every position, from CEO to water boy, working very hard for them. If we "don't lose player we want to keep" and "sign anyone we want" then why has it taken 12 years for us to climb from the bottom to the top? Don't bring us down because your club has underachieved for over 20 years.

well I'm sorry if you don't understand it and the fact that you seem to have this assumption that I'm having a go at your club is simply not my problem and shouldn't be yours..

i don't know why you just can't keep basking in the glory instead of trying to change my opinion on what will happen at your club which i might add could be used as a compliment also but you seem to be hellbent in assuming that there's a sinister motive behind my opinion.

Clearly we're going to fight back when a few parramatta fans try to have a go at our club. I don't really care if you change your mind or not, but if I hear bullsh!t I'll respond. Anyway, it just re-affirms why I hate parramatta so much!!

Not sure how the advertising partnership is going, but Harbord Diggers and Manly Bowling club seem to be good. Mounties aren't about to abandon the Northern Beaches just yet.

it's ok though..I can handle it, cause it really doesn't bother me but it appears that the most hated club in the NRL are supported by a bunch of soft c**k fans who can't handle a simple opinion I have regarding their club which could easily be taken as a compliment...

strange..very strange.
