See, you're trying to rationalise but it's not that simple. A lot of it is to do with the history of the discrimination.

When have blondes ever been killed just for being blonde?
When have blondes been excommunicated from their church just for being blonde?
When have blondes ever been sacked from their jobs just for being blonde?
When have blondes ever been rejected by their families and society in general just for being blonde?

When you can answer those questions, then perhaps your comparison might hold some water. Until then it's an absolutely ridiculous analogy.

Well you would need to post the joke to get an answer. Then it would still come down to an individual interpretation.

Not sure what your point here is though. I am sure blondes could go the ADB as well if they wanted to, and if the context of their complaint was deemed valid, the board could take whatever action within their powers they deemed appropriate. Like it or not.
