Skeepe, if I've interprested him correctly is making two point about the level of harm that various 'jokes/comments' are able to inflict and the varying level of sensitivity due to past occurrences.

As the groups he mentioned have suffered significantly as a result of discrimination against the skin colour etc, he is arguing that the potential harm is greater for them, as would be the level of sensitivity, again if I have got it right.

That truth being homosexuality is a genetic flaw. And the rise in homosexuality and feminisation of men can be factually linked with the forementioned industries.
