Might get one for the Roosters Bulldogs game...
Typical, don't develop your own design, come and buy one the Bulldogs have already developed into one of the premier T-Shirts in the NRL.
Might get one for the Roosters Bulldogs game...
the bulldogs are the new roosters
the transit lounge couch should be sent over in the off season
I don't understand how it's at all embarrassing, but whatever...
You do know we're sitting comfortably in second right?
The slogan seems to me to be something brought up by jealous opposition fans because we're now successful... unlike the Roosters whose exercise has landed them with a potential last-place, a number of players who either can't keep their front or back end in their pants, and is set to lose them a major sponsor which had previously stood loyal over two different periods in the last 15-20 years.
You can add Dene Halatau to that list as well who has just signed on for 3 years at the Bulldogs
You always did seem a little slow....I don't understand how it's at all embarrassing, but whatever...
Who here is arguing that you're not?You do know we're sitting comfortably in second right?
It's being brought up because your club has come out bagging another team for trying to buy a premiership (and then makes the claim that they develop all of their players), and that very same year they decide that they have to go out and buy any off contract player that they can.The slogan seems to me to be something brought up by jealous opposition fans because we're now successful...
It is absolutely hilarious that the Roosters have gone out and bought a Premiership winning side and turned them into wooden spooners. :lol:unlike the Roosters whose exercise has landed them with a potential last-place, a number of players who either can't keep their front or back end in their pants, and is set to lose them a major sponsor which had previously stood loyal over two different periods in the last 15-20 years.
Good stuff Bulldogs... At a decent club Dene can be a good player.
For the record, i am jealous that your team is sitting in second while mine is probably going to miss the top 8. But that has nothing to do with why i find the situation funny.
Bulldogs Sign Dene Halatau
Friday, August 14, 2009
The Bulldogs have today added another International to their impressive 2010 playing roster by securing the services of premiership winning Kiwi International Dene Halatau on a three year deal.
Halatau, 26, has appeared in 126 NRL first grade matches including the 2005 premiership for the West Tigers and has represented New Zealand on 14 occasions.
In addition Halatau is extremely well respected by the greater community as a upstanding representative for both rugby league and the Pacific Nations, fulfilling ambassadorial type roles on numerous occasions.
Bulldogs Coach Kevin Moore today confirmed Halatau as another key signing for the Bulldogs.
We are very excited about the prospect of Dene joining our ranks, he adds tremendous quality to our on field roster and contributes strong leadership qualities both on and off the field.

mxlegend99, my point is that while we might have defied the very thing we "bagged" the Roosters for, at least we did it right.
I was a t-shirt with "Bread not Brot" written on it
Oh, the o in Brot needs an umlaut above it, but my keyboard isn't German so it doesnt have one.
These hypocrites probably don't know how to spell 'hypocrisy' so it's a little futile trying to explain the concept to them.
Oh no, we're hypocrites. That hurts us so muchThese hypocrites probably don't know how to spell 'hypocrisy' so it's a little futile trying to explain the concept to them.
2 months at the end of 2005 was when he helped you on your way to a premiership. If a player ONLY does that then he's worth it.apart from about 2 months at the end of 2005 and 3 weeks at the start of 2008, he has been complete and utter sh*t. Enjoy.
After winning how many of your last 10 games? How many finals matches did you win?Did it right? The year after we signed Mason and O'Meley we finished 4th...
 We've signed five new players (Turner, Green, Tia-Kilifi, Halatau and Paea), of which only Turner would probably be on decent coin. We're losing Eastwood and we already have $$$ in the bank after losing SBW, Mason, O'Meley and co between and during 2008, then Willie Tonga, Corey Hughes and Reni Maitua at the end of it.I guess the salary cap doesn't apply to the Bulldogs. Signed all these players and only lost Eastwood, who would only have been on a bare bones salary anyway given the circumstances in which he was signed.

Players like Goodwin were on a pittance this year btw.
How can you say you had $$$ in the bank? Didn't they get spent with the signings of Goodwin, Morris, Kimmorley, Stagg, Ennis, Hodgson, Hannant, Gordon etc? Or are you telling me they ALL came for minimum wage?
