I think we will be in a different situation this year. I have heard we are 98% capped out which is good work if true, but it also means that we have probably pre-covered all our payments for debutants etc.
I think in seasons gone by, players may not have been given starts because of large payments that would have had to have been made. I may be wrong.
We wont see that problem this year, although, experience on the field(amount of NRL games) will be the primary factor on selections.
