He's been missing under any slight pressure all year, I shudder to think how he'd play in the halves. So do you think we should play him a State of Origin level of contract ? That's what you'll need to pay to keep him.

The problem is not the fact he is playing bad it's more his attitude is not right.

Look at Mortimer he is another player that has not done anything but at then end of the day he is trying his guts out, this is probably the reason he escapes criticism.

Now I can see why Todd Lowrie kept him out of the starting squad when he came back last year.

The Chosen One is our best player followed by Mateo. Whats our second best player doing in Lock? He gets limited ball and has no support in that position. The position simply does not play well into his unlimited skill.

Nrl teams must be laughing silently to themselves knowing a player like Mateo stuck in lock. No wonder clubs are paying huge money to get him. Clubs are not offering huge money for him to play in lock thats for sure.

You got experts and critics such as Sterlo, etc calling for him to play 5/8th and clubs wanting him just for that position. It amazes me a coach like Ando won't put him there. I guess they have personnel issues between them. Theres no other explanation.

Another player like Krisnan Inu only plays when someone is injured. Another huge talent wasted. Yet players like MK or Robson play every week.

Everyone has opinions and should be respected. But the fact is some of our players are not in the proper positions thus affecting our ability to play as a premiereship winning team.
