Now we all know that the Melbourne Underbellamy's have their hands firmly around the 2010 wooden spoon.

That is a gimme.

But what happens, and I strongly believe that it might, if say two other clubs happen to come unstuck through this cap rorting system.

Warben or whatever his name is has already alleged that someone was getting 200grand more then he should of.. blah blah blah, and we all know about allegations of free dwellings. And this rumour just won't roll over and die north of the Tweed.

So lets just say that three sides get caught out, how do they work out who has the spoon.

Is it the one that has rorted the system the least doesn't get it ?

Sort of a crooks for and against.

Correct me if i'm wrong...

But if the case in point does occur and one or two more teams cop the same punishment in terms of points stripped and can't accrue points.... wouldn't then the FA decide which team? As it seems that they can only not accrue points, i would assume that the F/A would still be recorded against the Storm the same way it is recorded for every team playing the Storm.

Maybe a flutter on Brisbane is worth while eh

That's exactly why betting agencies aren't paying back monies bet on the wooden spoon.

It ain't fair if you've backed us for the spoon and then this happens so it seems a gimme that all monies would be refunded - but the chance someoene else will get pinged has left it all up in the air.

Those bets may be refunded at year's end.
