they could have picked someone up from the north sydney, thats one of the reasosns for the agreement. althought its great to see staples back, his 2006 form on a 30,000 contract

Melbourne has granted journeyman prop Ryan Tandy an immediate release from the remainder of his 2010 contract.
Tandy, who was a member of the Storm's 2009 grand final line-up, will link with Canterbury for the rest of this season on Monday once he has been officially cleared to make the switch.

We better be re-signing Tate, because Likiliki was a potential replacement for him going forward. He's been one of the better/best centres in the U20s for the past 1-2 seasons.

That's a real shame for the Warriors. They most likely won't be getting Tate back as NQ and Brisbane are chasing him. Likiliki, has been playing at a much higher level than most centres in the U20's and is a smart signing for Newy. What a power combo of Uate and Likiliki.
