2010 World Cup - Uruguay 1 Ghana 1 - Round of 8

A week ago I would've said that Uruguay will win this comfortable, however Ghana showed me something in the first half of the USA game, they controlled possession and created some good chances, they were far superior physically to the americans and it should be the same story in this one. Uruguay looked very solid defensively and their 2 star forwards are combining beautifully, this one could be a bit of a stalemate IMO.

Of the 4 games, this is the one game i'm the surest of.

What have Ghana really done? They beat serbia with a penalty, drew with a 10 man Aus and lost to Germany, beat USA in extra time.

They're pretenders and are easily the weakest of the final 8.

Sad way for Ghana to go out. Uruguay prevail but have no Suarez. I think the Dutch will destroy Uruguay!

The word "Robbed" doesn't do Ghana ANY justice here. They had this game won. A blatant, deadset handball. They miss the penalty, but they FAIRLY had this game won. It's unbelievable. I can't believe how it ended.

Well he did what he had to do to save the game.

Ghana had an opportunity at a high percentage play from a Penalty and they blew out.

Then missed penalties in the shoot out.

They were their own worst enemy.

take the risk. he might miss. that one was definantly going in.

and then they took some sh*tty pens anyway. that firstghana miss was a shocker

exactly right. but i like how he acted surprised when the ref gave him the red. he had the "what, me!?" look on his face :lol:
