f**k me? Bitter much.

Maybe if your blokes weren't more worried about their free house renovations and boats then they'd have something to play for.

Mate...not bitter but you have to admit that the Storm were not in it and looked like they did not want to be there in the first half.

All I am saying is that the Warriors should have put them away much earlier in this game...

Scrappy match and the Warriors won't be very happy with that performance. But at the end of the evening, we grabbed the two points....5 on the trot, and a very un-Warrior like streak at that.

For f**ks sake Maloney... Don't you realise with every miss you're costing me points in Supercoach?

I wouldn't be taking too much from that game...the Storm clearly don't give a sh*t.

3 losses in a row, the first time ever under Bellamy.

LMAO. Yeah, because you'd turn down a free boat / car or house too right?

Let's pretend you play for your favourite club, they say to you 'we'll give you a free car, do you want a free car?' What's your answer going to be??

Anyone who says they'd say 'no' is lying.

Anyway, looked like a tough game, Warriors going strong at the moment.

Well, despite the relentless negativity in this thread, am happy with a good win.

Our defence atm is epic, awesome intensity. Attack lacks execution but that's hardly new.

Once again the refs did us no favours, oblivious to the non-stop filth from the Storm after all these years. In particular there seems to be a rule that you can't penalise the defensive team when Vatuvei takes a hit-up, gets subjected to a mugging every time.

Or they just got beaten by a better and fairer team.

To be honest i dont think people are giving this game the credit it deseves. Sure, the execution was a bit off to say the least, but the defense by both teams was f**king intense and probably was the main reason for those issues in attack.

no way warriors will come top 2. their defence has been good but they should have won this game easily against these clowns & penrith were woeful in attack too.

this year has been the hardest to pick, so many teams playing good one week & crap the next. a lot of close games this year.

Totally agree

The Storm played like lunatics with ball in hand, but defended hard. Their ability to control the Warriors attack was also helped a lot by their ability to get away with constant PTB infringing.

Made for a good game though imo, with a terrific atmosphere.

I wouldn't say no to a free boat or car, however I would be asking a lot of questions about where it came from and why I'm getting it if it's not in my contract.

Ignorance isn't a valid excuse.

Would be good to see the Warriors go all the way IMO...they just to get the backline clicking.

I would get Vatuvei running lines inside towards the centres to take 2-3 defenders with him and then pushing the likes of Mannering or Brown out to the fringes on the next play to test them out wide.

Yeah Manu is a bit of a lone ranger at times. Makes enormous runs but doesn't always have the direction or support to make them count. We often make big breaks that come to nothing - premiership contenders need to put these away.

Was an entertaining game. Melbourne defended well, their attack seemed off at times. Warriors defense was great again (Manu versus Slater hah) but our attack was stale in the second half and we put ourselves under pressure with poor handling.
Maloney seems to choke a bit versus his old club, but hey - we won. All good.

5 in a row :)

Storm will be lucky to get 3 penalties tonight.

you vanished after sooking early?

No try - rightful decision

what was wrong with it? i've only seen it on the screen at the game, but it seemed hard not to give.

that pretty much summed it up.

Yet in your previous paragraph you're having a crack at the Warriors who have won 5 in a row???
