Hey guys

Doing manager mode. With Huddersfield Town.
Won back to back promotions to the Premier League and have won it twice.

Just out of curiousity, is there a way to be offered a national job? I'd like to manage England but just wondering if thats possible at all? and how?

geez that blows

thats lilke in madden, if you go far enough into franchise mode you cant make trades because no one has the cap space or roster room.

My advice is to turn auto save off and save before the last game of the season so if you encounter it you can always just go back and try again which worked one time for me and others say it helps. It seems to happen a lot less if you stay with the same club but moving to another club after the third season you will more than likely encounter it. Sometimes you will be hit with the transfer fund and wage budget bug, sometimes just the wage budget and any more you receive from transfers and sponsorship etc... does not take away from the debt.

It's incredible how bad the bugs in FIFA are (when you couple this with the freezing in manager mode bug - which apparently has made it's way through to Fifa 10), and it's even more incredible that EA refuse to fix it. It's so frustrating because it would be such a good game if they fixed these seemingly simple (yet massive) bugs

I stopped playing manager mode when I bought Micah Richards for Atletico Madrid, and then the next week he was somehow in the blackburn side.

Each year EA come out and say "...but we've fixed last years problem" it has become almost a selling point but we still fork out $100 a year for basically a squad and kit update. They rarely add new stadiums and leagues and keep the international teams low so that you are almost forced to buy the Euro and World Cup games. What's the alternative? PES has become crap since their priority was to buy licenses.

It isn't just Fifa though it is EA across the board. I long for the day 2K Sports take up the challenge to EA and Konami.

That constantly annoyed the sh*t out of me.

The 'board' or 'chairman' would accept offers from other clubs for recently bought players and there would be no notification or 'email' about it.
