definitely a "down" year for the rookie class
last year was so strong so naturally this year was a tad weaker, i think we'll see a very strong 2011 though.

Gillett has the inside running for this award this year imo.

It maybe not as good as 2009 but it's leaps and bounds better than 2008.

2005, 2006 it's more of a question of quality vs. quantity.

if i was a ceo and could sign any of the rookies, i'd get kyle stanley before i even considered any others

Roosters rookies are Masoe, Linnett, Leilua. All have been good but probably not 'rookie of the year' good.

Dwyer and Fifta have been pretty good this year
i kinda hoped schirnack would get a decent run cause he looked great too when he debut

but yeh i agree Gillett wins easily

Latu should stick to acting like a monkey a decking blokes on the hill of a local union GF in brisbane /extremely obscure Sam Huihaha/Latu reference

Mitchell and Lasalo both debuted strongly for Parra tonight, while Horo played a massive 80 min game to continue his great rookie season.

Gardner has been great this year for the Sharks... Easily the Sharks Rookie of the Year...

I think he will only continue on in 2011.

Yeah, Gillett should get it easy this year.

Dylan Farrell really impressed me for the bunnies and if what he showed in last week's game is anything to go by, he will be someone to watch next year!
