And don't rule out another firebrand addition from across the Tasman in the form of Melbourne star Adam Blair.


The international prop is still contracted to the Storm but Blair's 2011 contract value bears little resemblance to his ability. The 24-year-old knows he's worth much more and the Bulldogs know it, too.

If (and that's a big if) the Dogs get Blair then we as Eels fans would have to question our Club's ability to attract big name players. How can they do it when we can't? But if the Storm won't release Cronk, then why on earth would they release Blair if he is only on a reasonably small amount?

Obviously we aren't the only club with money to spare for next year.
