Whats the bet that, if that were to happen (party at Kogarah), the fun police would make it alcohol free.

Not that it would stop anyone but it'd take the fun out of the night for you guys
lol. Mate, the biggest attraction at St George Leagues is the cheap food and beer.

FTR, the club is not against free beer and food when the right occasion presents itself. I was there a few years ago when the upstairs area was opened up to everyone to honour a club legend.

Was free beers also the night they launched the heritage jerseys upstairs when the immortals were there. Could you imagine the pandemonium on Princes HWY for traffic trying to get through. Youd hate to be a cop on point duty that night. I'd put a lobster on atleast 30 people getting section 10s for streaking at some stage of the evening as well.

Considering you said you'd be the first streaker, I think your bet would have to be 30 arrests not including you Ray

but I suppose if you live a significant distance away then you need to look ahead.......... to a degree.

Yeah I'm not trying to speculate one way or the other, you just need to be prepared in advance when travelling from hundreds of km away. And if you are travelling with kid(s) it makes it doubly hard.

Plus I set a goal at the beginning of the year of going to every Saints game I could so the $$$ can add up for Sydney accommodation if you can't get the cheaper places when they're available.

One game at a time. Just looking at the Preliminary Final at this stage.

The Nick, you probably mean well. But ffs.

FFS people get over yourselves. It's not like I'm the club captain making bold predictions in front of the media, or even the CEO pre-ordering Premiership t-shirts! I'm just an out-of-town fan who's using a FORUM to try and get some information from you guys so I can try to get some plans together in case wedo actually win the GF this year. When you consider that we are a merged club based in two different locations, my question does seem kinda relevant, if only to me.

Opposition fans or "trolls" (whatever you call them) and their opinions of my inquiries are the least of my concerns, I can assure you.

All I want to know is if, in the chance that we do win the Premiership, do you think the club will hold celebrations in Wollongong or Kogarah? If this is to much for you then move on.

Bloody hell you pack of Nevilles carry on like real good sorts. The bloke said he is from out of town, thus probably would need as much of a heads up of what may or may not be happening so that he and his family/mates visit can run as smooth as possible. The bloke is simply being proactive and the whining about karma and all that stuff putting a mocka on our chances........ Friggin spare me the violins and the bleeding hearts.

I dont think anything is planned until the final whistle goes but im sure if you ask anyone in the Army they will let you know.

The Leagues club would be a safe bet definitely for after the game as that sh*t will go ALLLL night long.

How do the laws of Karma apply to this thread?

I could understand people complaining I might JINX our chances, but KARMA? Check your dictionary, champ.

i'm with you nick. all we want to know is, IF we make it, what will be the teams plans. fine if you live in the big smoke to bide your time but for supporters that live hours away advance knowledge is a necessity, and NO i am not getting ahead of myself. if this is read correctly you will notice the IF. p.s why put sh*t on other dragon fans. unite as one, just as our team is doing this year.

This is response to my post? I was trying to be nice. Now I'm hurt.

I said you probably mean well, and was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. But it's obvious you wouldn't know friendly advice if it fell on you.

lol. Digging yourself in deeper there Nick.

The t-shirt story is a myth. Only opposition supporters and hack tabloid gossip columnists say that sort of nonsense, and people who believe what's written by the aforementioned hacks.

I think you just gave yourself up.

you guys just have to nit pick at other dragon fans.
Mate, I was being friendly to this so-called 'other dragon fan'. Then he throws a tanty over nothing. But if you like I'll stand here like a plank.

Reading between the lines however, I'm far from convinced that he is worthy of your fine support.
