I don't take offence at all, I just find it baffling that the strongest supporter of the dragons over the finals series isn't even a legit dragons fan.

Seriously I can't recall you going into bat for your own team as strongly. Its odd.

Most of us are sitting in our corner of the forum stewing. Whilst there is a degree of confidence given we've performed all year, I think I can safely say most Saints fans have been burnt too often to come out with the brazen confidence other supporters are entitled to. Seriously though, the Saints section is buzzing, particularly the old NineMSN boat.

I actually welcome Tim's support though. Considering I went for Canterbury in '04 due to my cousin supporting them, it's nice to see other fans divide out at finals time and support the team they least hate. It's good for the community.

And for Soward... his amazing field goal to secure his team a grand final berth, I award Gryffindor house 50 points.

Does not thou knowest Sir Danish, that Lord Timmah has taken upon the role of Knight and Protector of the St. George-Illawarra Socks during this finals campaign ? The great Sir Knight stands in the way of all those who mock the socks

You're probably jealous Cronulla couldn't afford anything like it if they mortgage all property in The Shire.
Given you have no knowledge of the property markets in Australia, we will avoid laughing at you and pity you for making the single biggest idiotic comment of this decade.

If you could actually set a distance as to how far away you are from the truth, that number would start with infinity.

If you're going to exaggerate timothy, be a little more realistic about it.

Yet amazingly, the Sharks' leagues club is bordering on broke and they continue to have one of the lowest home crowd averages in the NRL.

f**king hell you morons are getting desperate. Are you really that scared of us winning?

That's EXACTLY it. Or it might be for some people. I, on the hand, still refuse to even consider the possibility that the Dragons can win. So I'm not worried. Although there is something I can add to the list of reasons I hate the Dragons: making me cheer for the Roosters.

Really?

So the Leagues Club confirmed to the media they were seeking a merger with other clubs in the area just for fun?

as per the laws of clubsNSW, they have to let other clubs within 50kms about a POSSIBLE amalgamation. that in no way means they are going broke. they are exploring avenues for greater income to keep the footy club afloat. the leagues club is doing fine, its the footy club that is in a bit of trouble. instead of just believing what u read in papers, maybe you should do a little digging first.
