Maddog to fullback IMO if they decide to go with Gidley in the halves and Liliki in or Wes to fullback.

I cannot overstate how sh*t I think Shannon is, the amount of try's that got scored with him and he wasn't even in screenshot was just laughable.

Not to mention with his kick returns he ran like a cat, Wes atleast had a dig and was a reasonable defender.

It looks like we're going with Rogers in the halves now, which is a shame. I mean, wasn't the point in signing Henry, to give him first crack in the halves? I know he shouldn't just be guaranteed a shot on the day he signs, but at least give him a chance to show us something over the off-season.

Lets just Rogers doesn't play all year, whether it be from an injury, or suspension and we decide to call up Henry. He'd have to adapt to the combinations very fast before Rogers come back and dropping the guy like this will do no good to his confidence.

Give the guy a chance Stone.

The reason why this may be the case is because Henry is going to miss the majority of the off season...he may very well need to be Joey Mk II in order to try and get that starting position from round 1.

So the chances of Henry getting in the quality time in terms of the pre-season fitness stuff, and getting runs on the board when he gets the chance to show his wares at training is very low.

are you actively trying to destroy your own credibility?

you're doing a bang up job in my book.

You and others truly overestimate my care factor on what you think..

I'd like Tolar in the starting lineup (whether that be run on or bench I don't care) and I don't see why we need 4 forwards on the bench - other than that the poster who I quoted has it spot on..

And I really don't care what your blokes think..Post away - as is your right - But I'm hanging for a Premiership, whereas you blokes would rather not have one so you can spend another season on here bleating how it should be done..

My credibility is just fine considering that those who disagree with me want last years Shellharbour Harbour nobody in the place of a proven performer at Seven and a International to boot..

lol, wat?

Henry played 17 games in NYC last year. 15 at 5/8th, 2 at halfback. hardly "last years Shellharbour Harbour nobody". lol. just had to quote that bit verbatim. made me grin.

from those 15 games at 5/8th - and in spite of his injury troubles - he still placed:
3rd for try assists
2nd in line break assists
3rd for line breaks
42nd for average missed tackles (maybe he's not actually as bad as i thought in defence, that's a great stat that one)

the blokes ahead of him in these stats got full seasons under their belts.

i mean do i really need to go on? i won't even start on his '09 stats, which were out of this world. have you seen Henry play? have you looked over his stats? seen his wraps? this is the cream of the NYC crop.

Tolar is near/at the bottom of the scale for every stat i can find for first grade props. there might be a couple of silly ones he looks ok in - like missed tackle ratio and whatnot... but it's easy to get things right when you're doing sweet f**k all.

your proven performer had a handful of adequate games that Jarrod Mullen actually dominated. to accomodate your plan we need to weaken fullback considerably. you have nothing, except your blinkers and dunce cap on. Gidley will always be there as an option, but to use him as a long term option when we have other exciting possibilities is far beyond stupid. you can go back to your ignorant, head-in-the-sand, no-ones opinion matters but my own attitude now, and we'll all continue to laugh at you for it. enjoy.

Mate, keep your Shellharbour discard, and I'll keep the International proven at the position I'd like him to play in the team..

Incidentally..I notice you don't have a team in the thread, so I assume you posted for the sake of opposition and be part of the herd..No opinion of your own you gutless wonder..

Zzzzz...

Refer to my 7:27 post..I d.o.n.t care what you think...

I'm just waiting for October to either gloat...or...hide. :?

I can't see Dan T getting a start if all our potential front rowers are fit and firing. Not unless he has improved out of sight by round 1.

haha, you're pathetic. p.a.t.h.e.t.i.c.

i've posted my 2011 team umpteen times in umpteen threads, and will post it here if and when i choose. gutless wonder? hey at least i put my hand up when i'm wrong and consider other peoples points of view. hell, mine even changes from time to time. needless to say i don't expect to see you around putting your hand up when/if Henry is a success. you will disappear until everyone has forgotten about it so you don't have to lose face, much like countless other dickless morons.

you're too chicken sh*t to even consider you might be wrong, too confused to respond to any arguments in any sort of rational way, too dumb to realise any of this and too easy a target to resist. you're either a decent troll or a sh*thouse everything. i'm not sure which perturbs me more.

Even I who have backed everyone's not so favourite ranga (Tolar) at times, would have to say that he will struggle to make our first grade team at all this year if there aren't too many injuries and a number of players start playing to their potential (Faas, Tui, Kaufusi, even Ailaomai perhaps - these guys have a much higher talent ceiling than Tolar does)

Wrong..

It's on the sig for all to see and I'll be the first to admit I'm wrong if it's so..

Which I doubt..
