Hands down, he is one of the best props in the game at the moment and is really developing into a leader both on the field and off the field for the Eels. Has handled moving to the starting front-row seamlessly.

Thoughts? He's got a lot of competition for a NSW spot but surely if he keeps this form up he should get a selection at some stage?

What's even more amazing is that he is only 23, I think.

I'd like to see what opposition fans think of the guy.

First picked forward for NSW.

Scott had his measure last night though to Mannah's credit he didn't take a backward step to Scott's rampaging. Even after the game when responding to questions related to it, Scott basically just said that he had to aim at Mannah like that because of how good he is.

I still thought Matt Scott was the best front rower out there last night. That guy is a machine, he is still feeling the effects of multiple corks over the last few weeks but he just keeps on going.

Not sure Scott had his measure but it was one of the most entertaining clashes between two props since Spud and the Chief. Mannah still carried the ball for 170 metres and even after the head kncok just kept coming. I'd say points were shared with Mannah only carrying the bruises from a tough night.

Respectfully I disagree. Mannah didn't make 170 metres through Matt Scott. When Scott was standing in front of him, he went nowhere. Scott just seemed to be the only Cowboy that identified Mannah as THE player to contain for Parramatta. All due respect to Mannah though, he took an absolute battering from Scott and just glazed over and kept moving forward. A seriously tough man.

I thought it was a really good game last night. If opposition fans can watch us play and go 'geez, these guys go alright' well it makes me happy as a NQ fan. I hope they are doing that for you lads because it's been a long time since we've been able to do that.

It was an awesome clash between two young roosters, Scott may have got him on points but Mannah lost nothing out there. Mannah should be a lock for Origin so that probably means he is no hope

Tim and his brother John seem like two of the real nice guys in the game. They have a pair of smiles that could light up a small town.

I wish them both all the best.

Mannah has consistently been our best forward in the last couple of years, has really stepped up since Cayless' retirement. I hope he gets picked for Origin again.

It was a good battle, great to watch. 2 of the better big men in the game just going at it. I'd have to give it to Mannah on points, simply because nothing that Matt Scott threw at him seemed to faze him.
