Lol what makes you think the reds will lose to the crusaders?

The reds stomped the 1st placed blues on friday, whereas the crusaders with Carter and McCaw playing lost to the cheetahs.

I thought the kiwi teams were meant to be the elite of the comp

you did realise how many first string players they were missing??... and Carters first game back... the reds are soft.. they couldnt beat a third string 'Canes team... they all but choaked against a vastly understrength blues team after having a 24 point lead!!! it required a charge down to win them the game... they will fold under pressure.

Yeah cause the reds are playing with a full strength team

The crusaders lost to the cheetahs with a much stronger squad than they beat the stormers with so injuries are no excuse.

Tell me, who won last time the crusaders played in brisbane?

after you tell me when the reds have ever won the super 12 or 14.. previous years form counts for nothing... the reds are soft.

Exactly, you're only as good as your last game. And the crusaders lost to the cheetahs

nothing says stomped like taking a 24 point gift lead and turning it into a 6 point scraping win.

And lets face it... The Aussie conference is by far and away the weakest conference... easy for the reds to get points in... but come to the business end they will fold against the best teams...

No one should write off the Crusaders. They are a quality team who are just going through a bad patch. I have no doubt they will feature strongly in the finals.

And if anyone is suggesting the Crusaders aren't worried about the Reds...then they are either trolling or a bit stupid. The Reds wiped the park with them last year but this year will see a much closer game. Interestingly SBW is #2 in the comp for try assists...Quade Cooper is #1. Apparently SBW might not be playing though.

And anybody who thinks the Crusaders fear the reds is an idiot... they may respect them, but the reds are nothing to be scared of... what they will do, what the Blues didnt, is run at the turnstile all night... Cooper is and always will be a liability on defense.... the Reds wont get a 24 point head start vs the Crusaders.

I didn't say fear them...I said worried about them. Shiznit is saying the Crusaders wouldn't be worried about facing the Reds when they probably are. They've just been beaten by the Cheetahs in SA...have a few injury worries and are facing a team who are doing the right things on the field. Plus, the Reds flogged them last year.

Do you think the Crusaders are worried about facing the Reds or are they just turning up to roll over the 'hacks'?

Cooper made some pretty good front on tackles on Friday night. He is a liability though but his skills out weigh it. It should be a great game. I'm actually predicting a win to the Crusaders...probably a tight win. Both teams aren't at full strength and it will be a tight game.

I know you didnt say they fear them... but gotta keep the agro up!!

As i said the Crusaders respect the Reds, any team that doesnt respect their Opponents will lose most of the time... but they have the team to make mincemeat of the reds... provided they come thru fit after the chiefs and get a couple of their players back they will win... come finals time they will be unstoppable...

Look at the current ladder. Aussie conference is the weakest - exacerbated by the Brumbies underperforming.

NZ are next with the Chiefs underperforming and the 'Canes stop/start efforts.

SA are the strongest conference with the Cheetahs best season to date being the difference.

Despite the rankings the Crusaders and Stormers are still the two sides to beat. On their day the Blues or Reds can beat either of them.

Conference wise I agree that the SA conference is the strongest. Hate the crusaders always have always will. Hope the Reds beat them, but ultimately Blues all the way once Jerome Kaino comes back.
