If it's any consolation it will probably be Manly Melb GF. Not many teams can keep winning like that with the CrapIntyre system giving an easy week off to two teams.

The home ground advantage is a myth. The crowd don't have an influence on the players, only on the refs. It should be called Home Ref advantage instead.

Big efforts from all the boys, thought we were the better side.
I thought our field position kicking game was poor all night, not just at the end there.Soward kept picking out their fullback.

I am so glad we turned up. I know it doesn't count for anything now but at least we went out with a tremendous display, from both teams. That's up there with the best games I've seen. Soward isn't to blame. No one is. The field goal that they scored was nothing short of spectacular... we put all the pressure we could on Lockyer, and he still hit it. Can't stop those.

Boys dug in big time... I'm gutted but they should be very very very proud of what they did out there tonight. Everything was going against them and the forwards aimed up, some huge plays from our pack and we were a bees dick away from snatching it. Let's just pray Manly and Melbourne get done next weekend.

Certainly agree with that. We wouldn't have went to extra time if not for his boot. I didn't think his kicking game was too bad in general play.
