Really put in across the board, shame about the end option but a pretty god title defence. Hard to stay 'up' for three years and it seemed to catch up later in the year but you'll be pretty damn strong next season as well (the likes of Stanely are very promising youngsters).

Thanks champion. You know during the match I was very emotional especially as we mounted our late comeback...but at the end of the game I don't remember feeling so positive after being eliminated out of a season before because I got my first wish i.e that they'd turn up and compete. It's hard to swallow because if we had played that well next week we'd be a good chance for another gf appearance but Lockyer showed why he is a legend. I think Gould was right when he said had Broncos played another team tonight they would have won by 30.

Next year will be good. We'll be competitive, that's for sure.

It was always going to come down to who would make the first error or who would give away the first penalty... We did. We were not good enough. Our forwards were completely dominated. We have the worst go forward. Therefore hornby and soward were terrible. Kicking game was hopeless!!!

I'm proud we got so close, but we were very lucky.

I fear for next year. Our pack is looking really soft. Don't mean to be negative but we have bought shite in the forwards.

I am so proud of the boys tonight that was a game & a half,we should have been down by thirty at 1/2 time but they toughed it out & proved to be a champion side.Every player needs to be congratulated with their courage & commitment especially morris.I'm disappointed to see people bagging soward it wasn't his fault,his passing & defence was excellent & what about that pressure goal.Also the refs never missed us the last four week's which made our task even harder.

We watched different games. Weyman was outstanding. Merrin was carrying players and Cuthbertson gave us a real chance with a try and a try assist. Scott never stopped trying. We know what Creagh is capable of.

Kicking games was hit and miss but certainly not terrible. They were kicking from our half 90% of the time.

I don't think we were lucky. We met a really strong opposition who came to win and we didn't give them an inch.

Prior is not a first grader. That bloke is an absolute waste of space. Our salary cap is being raped because of him.
