The first review I've seen for this beast is a 10/10 from IGN.

That's their first 10/10 for a major or "triple-A" game this year I believe, I might be wrong.
I guess it always was going to be one of the massive favorites to win GOTY, it looks like it may push Arkham City off the top of the meta-score review average 2011 list.

Eurogamer gave it an 8/10, but they gave Gears of War 3 an 8/10 as well. Typical p!ss-ant reviewer.
Most of the scores have been 9-10 out of 10, which is expected.

I wouldn't disagree with that, I think only Mass Effect would really cone close to Uncharted as a series in this generation.

Gametrailers gave it a 9.5/10 also which is one of the highest scores I've ever seen them give out.

I got my grubby little hands on this last night via connected means.

I have played about the first 2 hours and all I can say in the opening montage and the opening 1/2 hour will blow you away!

Seriously my absolute fav game series of all time, bar none.

A few sleepless nights ahead.

Shame that they put in MP again and a separate co-op mode that acts as a prequel to the story of Nathan Drake and hit it with an online pass, second hand purchase here I come.

Even if it's the slightest SLIGHTEST improvement on Uncharted 2 I'm gonna enjoy the heck out of it.
