Since there's a thread about burgers I thought I'd do something similar. Only this one about Pizzas.

Best Pizza I had was about 10 years ago at a little Pizzeria in Newtown. I don’t know if Blue Water Pizza has restaurants outside Newcastle but they are fantastic. They’re wood fired gourmet pizzas.

Also where are Pizza Hut all you can eats? Last time I had that was in of all places Rotorua, New Zealand.

Can't go wrong with a good old peperoni with extra cheese....meat lovers with tomato sauce....calzone too

Out of the big chains, pizza hut is definately the best

In Wollongong Napoli goes pretty good...slice from Mama's Pizza isnt bad either especially after you've had a few drinks

Pizza hut restaurant on George st near the cinema. Not sure why, pizza hut is rubbish.

I hate eagle boys as well.

Crust is the only "chain" pizza I like.

Gourmet Pizza Kitchen at Miranda is good but expensive.

As long as its a pizzeria I don't really care. Stay away from the chain rubbish.

Went to that one recently. First time I had been to an all you can eat Pizza Hut in about 15 years and it singly handedly destroyed any fond memories I had of all you can eat PH.

Terrible quality (even for PH), and was full of fat merkins and their fat merkin kids.

Crinitis in Darling Harbour was over rated...wasn't a fan of the pizza....hardly any topping and just a few large chunks of it
I think thats how pizza was originally in Italy? but I'm not a fan lol

Margharita is the OG pizza isn't it? Tomato base and cheese lol

Home made pizzas are the best imo

You can't beat wood fire pizza.

I have lol at people who define a home made pizza as pepperoni on Lebanese bread covered in cheese, c'mon now that's not a pizza. Put in the effort!

Excellent idea Perverse..

Thanks for that..

Perhaps you could do a thesis in each thread like your posts on your observations of Newcastle player stats..

My favourite franchise pizza joint is Crust Pizza. Morrocan Lamb Upper Crust pizza is my number one choice.

The best pizza i've ever had from an independent is a little shop on the Pacific Hwy, Lane Cove called San Remo's Pizzeria. They do the best Chicken Avocado pizza that I've ever seen.

And the best frozen pizza around is the Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizzas. Can't go past their Bolagnase pizza and their Pepperoni-Salame pizza.

The Clock + Oyster (a place attached to Oatley Pub) does some fantastic pizza's. The Elle (they are all named after supermodels) is the pick for me. Tandoori chicken with spinach, cashews, and cucumber yoghurt.

Impossible to have a bad pizza. Even the worst pizza is better than just about any other food on the planet.

Best pizza I've ever had was in new York, down near the empire state building. Just f**king unbelievable. Was just a margherita but was freaking awesome. Ate it every day I was there, often twice a day

Fave gourmet pizza is a prosciutto and rocket
