Apart from being another ridiculous mid-season signing for 2013, what does this say about Penriths cap and recruitment policy? Will they have to demolish most there squad and re-build?

Matty Johns said last night that Jennings was on 700k a year. Sure he can score points, but thats way to much to have tied up on a centre. Especially one that gets banished to reggies.

I don't mind the mid season recruitment when it benefits both clubs. Panthers need to clear some cap and the Sharks are looking for a class fullback.

Panthers have Mansour coming through now looking the goods. He will come a lot cheaper than Gordon.

We had a similar situation with Dougie and Snowden but gee that is a lot of money to have in two front rowers when blokes like Ben Ross are killing it on the NRL minimum.

Good move by Gus. Geez I bet Panthers fans are rapt that hes come to save the club and gotten rid of deadwood nuffies like Petro and Flash. This is a club that really values it's origin players.
