Does anyone else feel Hindy would thrive under Stuarts coaching?

I really think Sticky is the top of coach that would bring out the absolute best in Hindy? I just think Stuart loves players like Hindy, and likewise Hindy would love to play under him with Stickys will to win.

I haven't been that much of a Hindy fan (or most of the team for that matter over the past 18 months, i wonder why...) however i feel he really could go one more year, and have a great year at that.

Cheapish deal? why not try and entice him for some unfinished business..

Makes you wonder why he didn't pick him to play Origin doesn't it...

well that to me doesn't mean anything, Hindy imo isn't an SOO player, hasn't been for a long time, i just think his mould isn't suited fore origin, however at club level he is invaluable.

If he was a Qld'er, he would have played every game for the past 10 years.

As i stated before hindy should be signed and phased out if he wants too. Give him a roster where he is only playing 2/3 or 3/4 games all year so he gets plenty of rest..Regaurdless of how well we are going or not.Im suprised clubs havent been doing this with there forwards a little earlier. It surely would extend there life

I think after 15 years of first grade football his body needs a rest and we dont need an extra season from him. He's already got arthritis in his foot and an extra season could do more harm than good later in life. Its a shame that his final two seasons were wasted, but there aren't that many fairy tales in sport. Its been a great career and he comes across, in his book at least, as a really straight forward decent guy. Lets just remember the good times and wish him well.

If NSW picked like QLD did then he would have been made captain in 2009 and played until 2010/11 when I'd say he would have retired from rep footy.

I just would love to see him walk away after beating Lockyer's record as longest serving Club man. Consolation prize for no title?
