Probably signed as a back up player. He played some good games this year but had a couple of shockers at the end.

Pretty sure I remember him playing some centre in NYC.

Definitely remember him getting hurt all the time.

interesting, i wonder how he would go as a centre, he's a solid build and has got some pace, i definitely think his inconsistencies could be ironed out with some better coaching, what ever happened to ET doing some work with our outside backs?

Comes from country via TCC on the goldy. Boarder for 3 years.
Played some Union for the school as well & was very sought after for both codes.
Mostly a fullback/centre
I think his first knee reco was aged 17.
His 100 m times were phenomenal prior.
Was signed to the club by Ricky I think.

i was surprised how much pace he had coming off the reco when he scored the runaway try vs broncs, just seemed to get faster the further he ran

id like to see him in the mix for a centre position, i think it might be time for pom to come off the bench as a forward

Well the Australian selectors see something.

18 for PMs X I I I.

Well done Nathan enjoy the experience.

Obviously a few have pulled out, but clearly in the frame.

Wonder if new Country coach and ex team mate Barrett had a word to someone.

Stapo is a good signing imo.

He's still my first pick of the bunch.

I think he will thrive with some better backline players around him.

I still would like just one more good backliner through, be it wolfman, fai fai, tomkins whatever names have been thrown up.

also pickerd i think will graduate to NSW cup next year so we can see how that goes.

there's a good backline in there.

1.Gordon
2.Stapo
3.J.Wright
4.Pommeroy
5.Gardener/I.Gordon/M.Wright/Pickerd/J.Williams
