Will Hoppa will probably be fine with it tbh. He is going to be getting a good pay from Eels and by all reports he is the 'decent' hoppa in the family. The offer we have made is enormous. Dwarfs anything we have offered before even to get Freddie to stay in the SL war. Sets him up after Footy as well. I think he will stay for the mates and family etc. If you guys match it some will have to go

Matters if the Cows can match anywhere close to what other teams will offer. Cows cap will be pretty tight and there are plenty of other clubs that will pay a lot more for JT then the Cows can afford.

The problem is Townsville is a small place.

If he wants a media role towards the end for post footy. It's a flight to Sydney or Brisbane. He wants to coach the same Sydney or Brisbane (btw our offer has both these as part of it).

Something is building up there though it has been the last 3-4 seasons. So if not us I would prefer he stays to finish it.
