Khulasaka is a quality bowler, the multiple cheat Muhammad Asif proved a couple of seasons ago that you don't have to be super quick to be effective.

Asif had plenty of height though, Kulwasaka is handy when the ball is nipping around but after that he doesn't have much. This leftie is very very average.
