We're very good with the pink ball.

Brisbane will bring the teams closer together.

Lyon earned his pay packet in this test bowling 1 over.
You think Lyon earned his pay packet bowling only 1 over?

Go one step further: 5th Ashes test in Hobart (2022) where Lyon didn't bowl AT ALL!

Hard to get a line on this series. India win easily, make a bunch of changes while Australia don’t, and Australia thrash them. Both teams (like many atm) have rather frail top orders on form, and seriously good bowling attacks. It’s the ‘big’ names, Kohli, Rohit, Khawaja, Smith, Marnus that are the biggest questions…. Going to be fascinating

This guy is the biggest dickhead from India since Sreesanth, and that's saying a lot considering Kohli is about.

Might want to take the advice of Taylor and Gavaskar. Giving a guy who just smashed you over the park for 140 off 141 a send off and then crying when he answered back.

Siraj's attitude reminds me of those pampered rich kids in school, who thinks they can do whatever the hell they like and get away with it. But when they get caught out, they either try to play the victim, or call on their parents to help get them out of the mess caused

Great win. This team has more ticker than they get credit for. To get to 1/85 under lights on day 1 was massive.

Bumrah is unstoppable on his day, but if he gets taken care of I think we have their measure. The form of Khawaja, Smith and Marsh remains a worry. Smith probably has endless credit in the bank, but not so much the other two.

seems like whoever has the bats that have a dig/good day/lucky will win the day

shame we cant play with the pink ball every game
I said before, there needs to be at least two pink ball tests in the Australian summer (Adelaide + Brisbane, Hobart or Canberra).

MCG or SCG are unlikely to host one, unless they manage to host two tests in the summer and the test they host that doesn't occur in the Boxing Day/New Year period is designated as the pink ball test.

Although Perth hosted one vs NZ in 2019, unlikely they would host another pink ball test due to the time difference (unless it's against a low-drawing side)

This Siraj bitch has become a great villain. We need to be at him for the rest of the series.
