Hook. Line. Sinker. You have no understanding in what happens in the real world in business, yet you fight with anyone who tries to tell you. When you can't retort, you start calling names.
They obviously tried to stretch the ATO out and they took action. They then got 2 months to sort it out before the courts would sort it out for them. I don't really get what is so hard to understand about that. They can pay it out the day before the courts sit and avoid being wound up. That is the reality.
You mightn't like that, but that is the real world in business. This happens all the time whether you like it or not.
Is any action being taken against the companies that own his key assets? No. Only the ones that he can afford to lose that have nothing to do with the Whitehaven shares. That way he can pick and choose which battles to fight (the Knights) and which ones not to (the plane and helicopter).
Is that really too hard to understand?
