That is the deal mate. It might be insane - I actually think it is fair in that if he isn't wanted by the membership he isn't out of pocket. He ponied (pun intended) up the cash to get us out of the shit - some of the terms had to be in his favour.

So, I want to know how we simply vote him out AND collect on the bank guarantee. The suggestion has been made - just want to know how we get it done.
