Like a lot of others here I no longer read it. I do not need to. I can get my information elsewhere.

The Telecrap is a 'headline' newspaper which hides behind 'sources close to' and 'an official said'.

You can read it if you like and use it as a source to continue your never ending negative comments about our game.

Isn't this information taken from a report commissioned by the Sharks?

I answered

You are clearly stupid so you have not understood

Yes I believe what is reported to be in the report is in the report

A collection of unsourced hearsay

Spot on from the law professor.

Why do asada seem to think they can just rely on the codes to put pressure on the players?

What type of an investigative body is this?

If everyone had just kept quiet until there was actual usable evidence we wouldn't have had this mess. To turn around and blame the NRL is just pathetic from the likes of fahey.

The idea that asada were aiming for the bigger fish and holding back on charging players I think can be totally put to rest now. They clearly don't have evidence against anyone.

And commissioned by your Club? Was this the report which highlighted the management failings or another report?

Carney shows faith

Sharks star Todd Carney says the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority investigation was a non-issue when it came to making up his mind about his future. Carney has signed a five-year deal worth about $3.7 million. He has no concerns about Cronulla's future, even with the drugs cloud hanging over the players who were at the club in 2011. ''People say that I shouldn't have signed here or should have thought about it in a big way because of everything that is going on with ASADA - well, I don't have a single concern about any of that,'' Carney said. ''The reason I don't have a concern is simple. The boys here at that time did nothing wrong and I will stand by them. I know what type of guys are at the club and were at the club back then. I have no doubt that they will be proven innocent.'' Carney could have left the Sharks and earned about $1m a year at the Warriors. Money was not the issue - his main concern is the potential this team has to win a premiership. ''If I was looking for money I would have left,'' he said. ''And people in my position would have thought I might have to leave, given some of the offers that were there. In reality, I want to play football with the guys who are at the club and I can see us doing good things, not just this year, but in years to come. I want to be part of the team at the Sharks that wins the premiership and I would have hated to have left the club and then see them go on to win a title without me.''

Roy Masters on Insiders believes Cronulla players have a case to answer.

I place a lot more weight on his concerns than what is being reported by News Ltd.

The Cronulla players said to Carney sign with us cause we ain't guilty of anything. Funny that! What Carney didn't mention is all the clauses in his contract that he can activate if things go arse up at Cronulla.

Most players have protective clauses these days.

Why wouldn't they?

Nobody, not even us believe no player at Cronulla is guilty. Find the one that deserve being outed and do it FFS.

I'd Crazy Coupe seriously thinks this stops at Cronulla he is deluded, although he is clearly blinded by his hatred.

Here is an idea.

1. Out the guilty ones
2. Move on and find others at other clubs
3. Wests should piss off the broke Balmain connection and stand alone once again.
4. Crazy Coupe should see a shrink and get himself admitted

Smith could always have a press conference, reassure the sporting public none of this happened and in 2011 there was a level playing field.

Youare a goose. There is such a thing as due process and not rushing a case simply for journalistic expediency.

smith would have had legal people looking over the contents of an internal confidential report. The very report in which the cronulla club sought an injunction, which appears to have been disobeyed by the Telecrap.Case for suing methinks regardless of the issue.

Of course something occured,it is up to ASADA to establish what.Smith is not there to suck up to hooper Massoud or Muscles Wilson.

I hope the gulity get their dues, and teh telegrpah gets sued for breaking a court order.
