Ideally, I'd slim down from my present 100kg to around 85-90. I'm always going to be broad shouldered and I'm not even phased by having a soft belly, but I'd definitely like to be a little more toned. Hoping the girlfriend's departure will give me incentive to slim down.

Her prediliction for delivery McDonalds has also not played in my favour.

I'm probably the lightest I have been in my adult life but agree that BMI indication is a bit all over the place. My weight target should be 85kg. I can't really see that happening and IF it did happen I reckon I'd look like a rake.

Yet again JA delivers. I swear, any other club forum on here might have sulks and babies but behind the doors of JA they take it to a whole new level.

The normal Parramatta forum is bad enough, I'd hate to think what the Parralel Dimension is like, they don't let me in.

BMI's a horsh!t, according to mine my ideal weight is 30kg under my current weight. I'd be a stick. Aim to drop back down what my competing weight was which is about a 6kg loss. Although i dont look like 122kg and and am in pretty good shape it;'s still an alarming amount of weight for somone who is 25 and already had a heart attack and lucky to be alive

I've lost 15kg since Christmas 2011. With no excercise and eating a little bit better. Haven't had Maccas, Hungry Jacks, KFC, Red Rooster since, it's a pretty good start.

Back to playing basketball once a week and we brought a treadmill a couple weeks ago.

All heading in the right direction.

Beer intake is still currently high.
