NSW captain Paul Gallen has been charged by the judiciary for an incident with Qld second rower Nate Myles tonight.
Gallen hit Myles high just before halftime, but that was only the start of the incident.
He then punched Myles twice after he had played the ball before the two scuffled on as players converged.
Gallen faces two weeks on the sideline for the striking charge but could halve the suspension if he pleads guilty.
He will still be happy with his night's work after the Blues took a 1-0 series lead with a 14-6 win in Sydney tonight.
