That was so arsey, we got through but we were so lucky.

Some of the old guard (although actually both of them in Wilkshire and Holman) look past it to be honest, they looked very disappointing last night and Wilkshire in particular has for a while.

I would get rid of him if we could get a good replacement, I don't whether we can but I'd try.

People see the Kennedy substitution when Holger tactical & personnel change against Japan is what began our turnaround.

I'm not a fan of Holger and last night's win - emotional though it may have been - doesn't change that.

But I don't see the point in disrupting our team a year out from the World Cup unless we have somebody big in mind to take them to the tournament.

I'd be hoping that - short of a quarter finals berth - the FFA are looking for somebody high profile and proven to take over the role once Osieck is sent on his way post WC.

I'd certainly not be adverse to having an Aussie coach on board. Postecoglou or Arnold would be the logical choices given their track records in Australia.

It either needs to be that or a big name coach. No more of this cut-price European shit.

Ang's work at Brisbane was quite good. Remains to be seen how well he manages to do at Melbourne though.
