Justin Hunt leaving Souths would be surprising. I would think they'd keep Hunt over Evro but Hunt did play for Eels NYC so maybe he's keen on going back to the club. He'd need to be released like Peats though cause he's contracted till 2014.
Dave Tyrrell was only re-signed 2 months back. No truth to that one.

Peats resigned recently too. Perhaps Maguire has decided to move in a different direction.

More likely is; Kevin Walters -> Broncos Assistant Coach for 2014.

I dont hate him, or wish him any ill-will, but it sends a bad message. Anyone who did what he did, should not be allowed back at a club.

How would the Dogs like to take back SBW when he is old and past it, and just making up the numbers? (long bow in terms of talent and impact on the game, but how they departed is very similar)

What makes this a $BW type deal

The bloke had 1 good year his entire career and got a nice contract (2005), he then proceeded to do nothing for the next few years and when his contract was up his sense of entitlement kicked in and he just expected an automatic extension despite playing like an absolute busted, BS rightly told him no and he kicked up a stink and left after a 70 point loss (but he made sure he clocked up 100 games first). He then proceeded to bag the club left, right and centre. There were almost a dozen other blokes who were told their contracts would not be renewed but Newton is the only one who carried on like a pork chop about it

Nah Peats re-signed before the season began. He has since played 10min stints off the bench and it never changed. Tyrrell has been starting Prop nearly every game and was re-signed only weeks ago.

Contracts mean jack s**t these days as long as the club and player come to an understanding maybe he could just buy a ticket on the next overseas flight or go on a few benders go DUI and then take a piss in the street and spit on someone

Tyrrell has dropped the ball in his performances since re-signing, I wouldn't be surprised if he is dropped to Norths as early as this week. He just seems incapable of making big runs
