I'm not saying the players wouldn't do what Taylor told them to do but their morale and confidence might drop, if they didn't believe in the coach. It would also hurt recruitment and retention.

I think Ricky should get some lessons from the " Shane Flanagan" school of loyalty. The guy was offered a lot more to leave the sharks but didnt even need to think about.

You have to look at all the factors, and the fact is we don't actually know most of the factors, including remuneration.

Always fun to speculate but.

My preferences for selecting the best candidates rather than voting in a whole ticket were clearly stated on here, so much so in fact I (and others) were ridiculed at the time (by some people now claiming neutrality, or asking to be left in past history) for not giving all 7 of my votes in previous elections to the 3P ticket/candidates... :lol:.
