It's believed former Parramatta winger Eric Grothe Jr. is coming back to rugby league, having been out of the game for three years.
The 33-year-old made the announcement on his weekly podcast show, saying he's been training and feeling confident his body is up for the challenge of the NRL.
He's lost weight, he feels fast and he feels strong.

"I think the biggest challenge is going to be, you know, not doing it for three seasons you're going to be a bit rusty in your skill base, but being a winger I just need to concentrate on a few things, doing really well and I think I can still do this to the best of my ability," he said.
Is there an NRL club he's spoken to?
"I'm not one to keep secrets and it's not a big announcement for me… but I just can't say who I'm talking to at the moment."

A 33 year old winger coming back into first grade after 3 years on the couch? Yeah, good luck Eric.

Could have been the best winger of all time...of top 10 at least.....but, he will be remembered as a "coulda woulda shoulda"

Probably inspired watching Merritt in Origin.

Sinking some cans and realising "I am better then this loser"
