Are tearing it up overseas...... I saw them a few months ago in Tvl and they are amazing live. There are some good bands (metal wise) this year mate hey, just not as many big names but will be an awesome day none the less!

BDM, yes and not too hot for them.

Gojira, I'm checking them out based on Kungl's recommendation. Fingers crossed, though metal hippies...

I think the big downside for me is the headliners for me are just shit. Green Day have been shit since after Nimrod, and A7X are terrible (but I will have to watch them because my mate loves them). I do want to check out Gwar for the lol's though.

Soundwave 2012 had a sideshow with them, Mastodon and Kvelertak. 40 dollars each and the best show of the week.

Yeah Brissy SW was the first Oz gig Gojira had ever done and you could tell the crowd were inquisitive but a little naive as well as to what these French boys were capable of........

You should have seen the jaws drop and reactions on everyone around the metal stage during the first few songs. That above song Oroborus when they played it live it sounded superb, cannot blow enough wind up their collective asses.
