 fair call.

My issue is all my weight hangs at my gut. I look like malnourished Etheopian.

What I need to do is cut the grog out for a fewonths, get back to the gym and resume protein shakes. He problem is doing so with a kid :(

It's going to have to be 4:30am starts at the gym for me. Otherwise I can't go at all.

Ouch. Even 4:30am wouldn't work for me as she is still getting up at that time :(

I'm having a good morning. Makeup looks great. Hair is shiny. I don't look pregnant in my work clothes.

Ask me again in a few hours if I still feel the same.

Actually. Don't.

I've tried checking while peeing. It wasn't successful...

Was that the time you were checking it on your i-phone and someone tried calling you, but in your sleepy haze you tried lifting the wrong hand to your ear?

Hello all. Been away in QLD for the past week. Absolutely stunning weather up here and still have another 5 days to go (7 down thus far). Has been terrific. Good escape from Sydney for sometime.

Where in Queensland a stunning weather atm? The bottom half is alternatively furnace hot or pelted with hailstorms, and the top half is just stupidly hot and humid.

It's either that or I don't see the kids after work.

One of the joys of having a job where you can't finish until everything has been covered.

Also this way, go to the gym for 2 hours, then spend and 1 1/2 hours at home with wife and kids before I leave for work (provided I don't have an early start)

I actually think it's hotter down here in SEQLD than NQ.

That weekend just gone was insane, well saturday anyways and the friday. I caught up with a mate for lunch at the RE in Toowoong and sitting in the beer garden was ridiculous.

On a side note, last day of leave after nearly 2 months....... What is this working caper all about, it's been too long!!

2 hours?'shit mate, that is a long time, does that include travel time?

I went into a mad weight dropping phase 2 years ago and found the dukan diet worked for me, the first 7 days is tough but once you get through it, you're laughing. Carbs are the killer. Flour, sugar, rice, potato, alcohol, bread. Drop all them and the weight will fall off you.
