My issue is all my weight hangs at my gut. I look like malnourished Etheopian.
What I need to do is cut the grog out for a fewonths, get back to the gym and resume protein shakes. He problem is doing so with a kid![]()
It's going to have to be 4:30am starts at the gym for me. Otherwise I can't go at all.
