The St George Illawarra Dragons have been made aware of an alleged incident involving a Dragons player in Wollongong last night and the Club is presently investigating the circumstances and has advised the NRL Integrity Unit accordingly.

Don't believe what the press says. They don't get a story by saying the dragons players were known to be in the area having an ice cream.

This isn't about stabbing my own. The club is bigger than any single or small group of players. Dragons pride themselves on a healthy culture and disciplined players off the field, and it's one of the reasons I'm proud to support the club.

Crap like this needs to be stamped out or it becomes a cancer on the younger playing group. If this leaves us with very little hooking options, so be it. These guys can't be trusted to wear the Red V.

And believe me, if it was our marquee players I'd ve saying the same thing..

Not just because it's the Dragons who were allegedly involved, but please wait for more details before over reacting. From what I've heard, apparently 2 people were injured in the alleged fight, so let's keep an open mind.
