This game will go down as one of the gutsiest in Panther history. To hold what no other side has done for an age in keeping the Broncos scoreless in the 2nd half is nothing short of a miracle.

A great night to be a proud Panther *sniff*.No m.o.m. for mine,a great team win.

Should be a cracking crowd at WIN Stadium next Sunday week.

The only thing gutsier than beating Broncos after trailing by 16. Is beating them with Will Smith at his hilarious worst.

If we lost he would have been the reason. Deadset. His mistakes KILLED us. But TMM proved he is ready and had the thing we lacked without Moylan. A bloke who wants the ball with pressure on him

We were missing:

Moylan
Gennings
Blake
Whare
Merrin
Segeyaro

We trailed by 16 points at one stage.

Will Smith was shockingly bad.

But we beat the form team of the comp. Or they were until tonight.

Not to mention that Soward had some moments in this game we all would rather forget.

In fact,so far this year,it seems that talk that Gus had with him might have gotten too far into his head.

There has been moments in the first three games were Soward hasn't been himself.

I hope Griffin picks up on this...

Cartwright played his part in us being in that hole. He twice restarted their tackle count and they scored both times, and his running out to cover TMM's man let Boyd stroll through for another.
Made up for some of it the second half.

Really tough, aggressive effort from the boys tonight. Mansour was immense.

You had Broncos as the form team? I'd give that to Cowboys or Souths. Next week will give us the real indication of just how far off the pace we are.

Great win. Great to see the relief/joy on all the boys faces.

Almost everyone did a great job in the last 50 mins. Was really worried having TMM playing against a Broncos side, but he proved he is up to it in both D and attach.

Won't harp on the negative as we came through with the win, but if we did lose one W Smith would be up for a tirade against him. Beyond me how he can keep getting picked, even with the injuries.

Not only him. Wallace was huge. RCG tireless. Cartwright excellent in the second half. Peachey, although he bombed a try, I've never seen him look so dangerous with the ball. TMM great debut. DWZ again threatening without getting the rewards. McKendry again very strong. Soward's experience was invaluable. We completely dominated the premiership favourites after the 30th minute, and you could see the Broncos looking beaten well before the scoreboard turned against them.

Can I give a shout out to Peachy for taking the tackle on the last 5 metres out instead of a risky grubber? Seems we learned from last week!

Smith was picked because he's safer at the back than DWZ in trials. How Smith looked tonight was how DWZ looked. Thankfully Moylan should be back and by the time we next need a FB hopefully DWZ is back in top form.

Hopefully we will never see a halves pairing of Wallace and Soward again. Soward doesn't just not create, when there's already a hole in front of him or an overlap he finds a way to throw it to the ground. It's been a long time since Soward earned his keep and we should be thinking about phasing him out now. Wallace on the other hand might be our best nine.

Latu was good, he should be starting with Merrin and Taylor, RCG has more than earned a benching.

Our line defence regressed in that first half. Thankfully the Broncos are chokers.

Soward had a great game literally only last week. Bit rough calling for cancelling him out. TMM and Moylan are our future halve but it will be a gradual transition.
