I'm not expecting big signings but this is the first offseason for a while that Souths have had cap room to play with. I feel there'll be some good signings.

Mago could be a good one for depth. Fifita is still contracted to Brisbane for 2020, seems happy enough to stay there and even if he did agree to join, i struggle to believe Brisbane would release him.
Would love to see him at Souths but i feel he's headed for Gold Coast or someone who'll pay overs to attract a star if he does leave Brisbane.

If we look at options from Brisbane, there has been talk that Matt Gillett is seen as a bench forward at Brisbane next season, though term would be an issue and Alex Glenn is currently without a contract for 2020. Getting one in would be decent business imo.

I'm not sure there will be much available at wing or centre for 2020.

The market won't really open up until either Matterson moves or Brisbane are able to sign Croft.

There are quite a few u20s players in todays grand final stepping up to canterbury cup next season, thats the way you bring up new players, in saying that,bennet in his interview about losing sutto said he would have to replace him so im expecting at least a min of 2 forwards to be signed

Every position should always be up for grabs, it's a matter of beating out the current holder of it.
