So much for all the crap that we can't compete with the likes of the Rooster due to TPA's. Pou and his posse of excuse mongers have been shown up again. Like I have said countless times that there are no excuses other then bad management for the way Parra have performed for all these years. Money was never the issue.

  5. Rabbitohs ($198,591)

  11. Roosters ($68,966)
  12. Bulldogs ($59,680)
  13. Raiders ($45,333)

For someone who continually claims that 99% of merkins have their heads in the sand, you are very naive for believing this rubbish.

Ignoring the ridiculous Roosters figure, the Broncos have a list which far exceeds the cap plus $300k. Seriously Ram, let’s get real about this. Do the math on Boyd, Milf, Haas, Fafita, Lodge, Bird, Pangai Jnr, Ofahengaui etc plus 22 others.

Wasn't there an article during the season (or maybe last season) that had Brisbane at like almost 2 mill??

How are Broncos keeping their squad together with only those TPAs? With a player like Boyd supposedly on $800k, Milf and Bird on close $1m (Haas and Fifita would have to be close to $800k each as well) and all the upgrades they've just done (with the demand from other clubs) you'd have to think they'd be well over their sombrero. Defies logic to all except NRL.

It seems that all the NRL are worried about is their auditors to report that she’s sweet each year. I thought that they were seeking statutory declarations from club bosses to make them personally liable for breaches ? Does Uncle Nick actually swear under oath that each and every player in his club is receiving income and declared TPAs legitimately?

Firstly, are the figures accurate? Of course they aren't! Would you not say that, on paper, Easts' side is better than Melbourne? Isn't it better than Saints, Knights, Wests, Penrith, Brisbane, at the very least? Does the NRL honestly expect the average fan to believe that they have assembled this squad through very astute cap management? By using less than one tenth of Melbourne's TPA amount? Come on. We aren't that stupid. It's a real slap in the face that they should even publish these 'figures'.

So legit ones??? Get the f**k out of here!!!
Well there are legit ones but they don't give the clubs any advantage in recruitment. The TPAs that advantage individual clubs are illegal, or at least suspicious. These are the ones least likely to be registered with the NRL.
