Issac Picked for NZ in Friday's Test

Thought I might as well add to this post as the subject of the topic I had in mind is the same person (and not really about the test friday). But was sitting over me lunch today and realised that, yes, as expected, all the talk now is about sandow. It has been touched on in other post, but...

    Sandow

good luck me boy........just keep us staeady for the rest of the season. tell you what though, if the numbers being thrwon around are correct, he got himself a D-E-A-L

Captain for Remainder of the Season?

Interestingly, I had this discussion with a mate two weeks ago. Anybody realize that even though roy does the press conferences with lang, 80% of the time after a tv game its crocker that has been interviewed? its ALWAYS him.

Wesser And Talenoa Do we want them back?

with all these injuries can see talanoa re-appearing sooner rather than later. its a matter of not having a choice. all depends on where mcqueen plays. but the safer option would be to play a wing with "experience" over a newby (now that morgan is out?).

    Nyc

ha, i was going to say something about that vaingalo grin to j.smooth yesterday, but kept my mouth shut :D

    Nyc

yeah every time a flick on foxsports and its a warriors nyc game, they are running in tries left, right and centre. i guess they carried on from last year....shame we have not managed to do the same. what the hell are they feeding these boys nowadays?!:D

    Asotasi out for 4 months

Around round 13. I will put my hand up and say that last season I was a bit critical of roy , but was so glad to see him doing a soild job this year. Unlucky! Ross' neck is going to be put to the test.

    Nyc

the way we are going he may have to play in the next couple of weeks not years!:D caught the end of their game. another hiding unfortunately. and yeah, we seem to have another future fullback in phillips. i reckon clare went well friday. as with everybody else, will be interesting to see who...

    Nyc

Realise most of the focus is on the big boys, but wouldn't mind hearing opinions on the NYC thus far. Will honestly say I have only watched 2 full games, but the lads have also really struggled at times (especially after last year). Actually, why I brought it up was that I reckon Brett Jarrett...

We are short priced favourites?, Am I missing something?

apologies for beating the dead horse, but this is what gives me the sh!ts about us 24 hours a day. why we dont get it? its really not that hard! anyways, even with all this talk of gardner/kelly, still reckon our tackling will be put to the test tonight. come on boys.

Was it a bad decision to re-sign Issac?

after last season he would have to have been top of our re-sign list. every player has a dip in form. MAYBE worth the argument if we were going good....but we are far from it right now.

Is Gi Worth The Money !

way too early to make that call. i will admit that it is looking more ad more that we will have to rely on "luck" for the 2011 season, but can only be optimistic once our outlook changes and we become well-oiled. in the mean time, we are going to have to put up with it.

South Sydney's Eddy Pettybourne set to move to front row

obviously the team has been named, but see Taylor slotting in there over time........i think i just heard GI cheer! :D

Sutton - Do you think he tries hard enough

Mate, with all due respect, its got to the the point where we cannot have sympathy. Things ARE getting that bad. I speak for all the players (not just him) when I say CONSISTENCY must be top of our list week in week out. Again, not speaking for Sutton soley, but I think we are falling into a...

Tallis says our big name players are not shaping up

roy has been playing 10 times better than he has the last two years. he has not been setting the league on fire but he has been solid imo.granted he had a bit of a 'mare last game. speaking of "big name players", am really hoping that isaac has another one of his sparks soon. just not ckicking...

    james roberts

Its one of those things where I guess you have the size genes or not:lol: Dugan/Idris/Hoppa are about 3 times Roberts' size....Idris could have played NRL at 16!:D As for when each of those players made their debut......just check that. OF all of them I guess we could only compare Roberts to...

    Klitschko clan vs Haye

how many rounds do you reckon mosley will last? he may not lose his record of never being knocked out.........but if he keeps it he will be unrecognisable for a month after the fight.

    Klitschko clan vs Haye

granted he is probably going to get his arse handed to him, but at least it will be a heavyweight bout people can look forward to in the last 5 years! i actually enjoy haye...............and the fact that they want to hold all belts has a bit to do with my dislike for them too tonearm:D

Souths re-sign Merritt and Sutton but could lose Sandow

I think it is safe to say that we all would be surprised to see him with 6 on his back next year. The whole Sandow issue just makes our whole recruitment for 2012 and beyond a whole lot more interesting.
