    Wednesday 17 - 5 -2006 - Where is the RLIF website day!

This must be very recent because you could have bought the domain name www.rlif.org last month. Lets hope this is the website we've been all waiting for.

    Kiwis vs Kangas - SPOILERS

As an Aussie myself, it pisses me off when this happens. We want an international game, yet the powers to be (ARL) only have self-interest in mind. How can an Australian ref not show bias when doing an Australian game. They can't, it's impossible not to be bias, and it showed.

    Kiwis vs Kangas - SPOILERS

Ganson certainly hasn't helped, not impressed with him at all. His calling of the game certainly hasn't been 50-50. Did a good job of killing the kiwi's early and killing the game. I've lost count of the forward passes too.

    Kiwis vs Kangas - SPOILERS

It was. Q. Why should one player be penalised for standing their ground in an upright position when the other player falling over into his shoulder. That is not right that is a joke. To receive a penalty for loosing your feet. Sorry, I can't accept that.

Another one for the list. Sky TV in New Zealand now have 2 shows a week that provide update info. 1. NRL Fulltime on Sunday night and 2. NRL Primetime on Thursday night which discusses the happening in TGG in AU, NZ and UK. They also talked up the May 5 test tonight so they may be interested...

    Wikipedia: excellent false information

As you would be fully aware Wikipedia is individuals creating a free online encyclopedia. This website also allows people to make changes and corrections. These changes would be common on such a website ? So, if you believe it is false information, do the world a favour and change it.

    2006 NRL Stadia

Wasn't Parramatta Stadium formally known as "Cumberland Oval" ? Not sure when Cumberland closed but I think that Parramatta won a grand final in that year and the main stand burned down that same night ?

ATTN: People INvolved or livingi in countries other than oz:

Don't know if you've contacted the people at planete 13 tvhttp://www.planete13.tv/. This is a good, privately run website for TGG in France. Maybe you could do some work with them.

    Reclaiming 'Rugby'

    Reclaiming 'Rugby'

I would say it's a lack of acceptance on behalf of union followers who cannot accept that their sport is called rugby union, which is as per the irb website. As I said, send them an email. Complain to them. I'm happy with calling Union, Rugby Union. If you're not, I don't care. After all...

    Reclaiming 'Rugby'

I'm not wrong. I called the game rugby union as per the irb website. If you don't like that, tough luck. Ignorance, yes. Maybe arrogance would be a better word to use. I don't care what the rules say, one line one on the sports governing body website is enough to say it all...

    Reclaiming 'Rugby'

No sport should have to it name, you're talking sh*t, which is typical of a union follower. If the IRB website states that it is the governing body of rugby union, then the sports name is rugby union. How can you argue against that statement. You can't, then again an ignorant person would...

    Reclaiming 'Rugby'

What's Rugby ? Rugby League or Rugby Union ? Very vague and confusing statement you've made. As for the rest of the world. I'm sure that the terms Rugby is used for both codes. As far as I'm aware no one code has grabbed the name as an exclusive right. However, I do believe that in France...

    Reclaiming 'Rugby'

I have to disagree with this. As I have stated in an earlier post there is no such sport that is called "Rugby". They are now and should be known as Rugby League and Rugby Union. The later is as noted is governed by the IRB and is stated on their website. Also, why should the dominant...

    Reclaiming 'Rugby'

http://www.irb.com/About/ Note the wording, "the game of Rugby Union". Therefore, no such game simply called "Rugby" as per the IRB website. The games are called Rugby League and Rugby Union. This is correct.
