    I once worked for a Commonwealth Government agency that conducted investigations. The term investigators is used very very loosely. They have 'qualifications' that are fairly easy to obtain and have no real idea on how to either conduct an investigation, an interview or put a court brief...

    I'm in two minds on this. It was Inglis who is a traitor to NSW and plays for Souffs but then it was Dog's player. I only watched some of the game but but I did see this. I also saw how very very ordinary Barba was. I guess rehab wasn't that good.

    In a previous occupation, I sat as a director on board / committee of a licenced club and they certainly had gaming machines. Maybe times have changed but you were encouraged to be part of the community.

    If this is correct and they have so much evidence, then why has the investigation not proceeded to the next stage - prosecution. If they have so much evidence they do not need to conduct interviews. I still believe that they require more, not for the purpose of a ban but in case players appeal...

    I've wondered the same thing Capn. In my experience, informants must be cultivated either by promise of a reward or the holding of a penalty over the informant's head. The other motivation is revenge - either their own or as an agenda pushed by a third party.
