He'll be out for a while yet. He needs to prove he can score runs consistently and at any time, not just when he's looking for selection or on his last chance.

Belmore?

I think the Oasis project was a great concept. Refurbishing Belmore is also a fantastic idea but I can't see it happening. We're stuck with Homebush. As long as the Showground isn't used more than once or twice a year, its okay.

Has the Sleeping Giant Finally Awoken?

It hasn't awoken a sleeping giant. What it will do is attract more dollars to soccer as sponsors jump onto higher ratings. It will mean that the A-League doesn't fold after two seasons. Junior player registrations will have an increase, there will be some increase in A-League crowds and TV...
